1. About Evvi

Evvi is a mobile application engineered to convert ordinary photographs into professional-grade images through intuitive editing functionalities. Key features include one-tap background blur, intelligent subject recognition with adjustable green screen preview, manual blur customization, color adjustment (exposure, saturation, contrast), and watermark protection tools. This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of Evvi, a free-to-use application that requires no account registration or login to access its core features.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Evvi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must cease using the application immediately.

3. Core Features and Usage Rules

3.1 Feature Access

Evvi offers unrestricted access to its core features without requiring users to create an account, log in, or submit any personal information. You may utilize the app’s tools—including one-tap background blur, smart subject detection (with adjustable green screen preview), manual blur control, color tuning, and watermark addition—at any time, in accordance with these terms.

3.2 Permission Requirements

To unlock full functionality, Evvi may request access to your device’s photo library (for editing and saving photos) and storage (for preserving edited content). These permissions are optional but essential for using the app’s core editing capabilities. You retain complete control over granting or revoking these permissions via your device’s settings at any time.

3.3 Fair Use Policy

Evvi is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicit written authorization is obtained from the Evvi development team. You may use the app to edit photos for personal sharing, creative projects, or other non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use Evvi for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to editing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal conduct.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Evvi’s Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Evvi—including the app’s source code, design elements, logos, trademarks, features, and content—are exclusively owned by the Evvi development team. You are prohibited from modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, distributing, or reproducing any part of the app without prior written consent.

4.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content edited using Evvi. The Evvi development team makes no claim to ownership of your creative work. The watermark feature is provided to assist you in protecting your intellectual property, and you may choose to add or remove watermarks at your discretion.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to: - Use Evvi to edit or share content that violates third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, and other proprietary rights); - Attempt to bypass any security features integrated into the app; - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Evvi; - Modify the app’s functionality or alter its intended purpose; - Distribute or share the app in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. App Updates and Modifications

The Evvi development team reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any features of the app at any time without prior notice. Regular updates may be released to enhance performance, introduce new features, or resolve technical issues. Your continued use of Evvi following any update constitutes acceptance of the modified terms (if applicable).

8. Termination of Use

9. General Provisions

This User Agreement applies to all Evvi users worldwide. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Evvi development team shall not be liable for any issues arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, loss of content, or device compatibility problems.
